A Two Billion dollar anti virus company engaged TAE for a website and brand audit. One of their e-shopping verification subscription services needed a messaging and positioning refresh. The client asked TAE to review their website and share recommendations for brand messaging and positioning updates. TAE researched the website’s audiences and competitors to develop a 30 page report of brand analysis and positioning recommendations. The website targeted two different audiences and TAE advised separating the website into two separate landing pages, one for each audience so the messaging would not be muddled. TAE provided suggested updated website messaging and positioning statements. The client approved TAE recommendations and implemented them. The differentiating of the website brand and messaging into two pages led to an increase of new customers for the client.
