National restaurant chain expanding into new market territory where new location was not easily accessible from main Interstate. Franchisee needed to build brand awareness, build roots in community, and drive traffic to location, primarily within a 5-10 mile radius.
TAE performed several strategy sessions to plan 12 months of monthly events (averaged 2 per month). Each event was centered on driving local traffic with a large focus on tying into local schools.
- TAE managed social media including, product promotions, event promotions and company culture.
- TAE coordinated with program directors and PTO of select schools for joint marketing / advertising efforts and event planning.
